Brochure Designs for Tours

As a travel agency you sometimes need a brochure designed to promote a tour and to be able share an itinerary with a client. I have designed numerous brochures and flyers to highlight a specific tour and itinerary.

Summary:

A big part of my marketing role is creating eye-catching promotional material to support our sales objectives. Throughout my career I have always had a graphic design element in my job, which gives me over 10 years’ experience in graphic design. Designing brochures and flyers is a big part of this, as it is an effective way to communicate a specific message to a targeted group of people. Below are a few brochure designs I have done for group tours.

Main Tasks:

1. I coordinate the designs required with the staff member who will be hosting the tour.

2. I then do the Graphic Design in Adobe InDesign, and use Photoshop to edit images where required.

3. I source the photos for the brochure and do the proof reading of the text.

4. If the brochures require printing, then I coordinate with the printers and make sure the artwork is to the correct DTP requirements.

5. Once the brochures are printed, then the staff member will send the brochures to their clients. I also print extra for each of the stores to use in-store.

6. I create a follow up report for the GM based on conversion from the distribution.
