I write creative copy for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn posts. I have also managed paid social media campaigns in Facebook and Instagram's ad manager based on geo targeting and client demographic, allocating and monitoring campaign budgets.

During my time managing the Instagram account for where2travel, I successfully transformed the platform into a dynamic channel for brand building and audience engagement. By implementing a strategic content plan, I introduced a variety of unique and visually captivating posts that highlighted our travel offerings and client experiences. I crafted engaging captions and leveraged Instagram Stories and Reels to provide an immersive view of our destinations. My approach involved consistent interaction with followers through comments and direct messages, which fostered a loyal community and encouraged user-generated content. I utilised data-driven insights to refine our content strategy, resulting in a significant increase in followers and engagement rates. Key steps included developing a content calendar, scheduling posts for optimal times, and analysing performance metrics to adapt and enhance our approach. This comprehensive management strategy not only boosted our brand's visibility but also strengthened our connection with our audience.
